Check-in delays were a nuisance!!! Maintenance issues like leaking air conditioning were concerning!!! Some room features were inconsistent, like missing kitchen supplies. The confusion around cleaning policies was frustrating!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the 400 acres of trails nearby and enjoyed tons of activities during the Summerfest Music Festival. The location was super convenient, and we loved the spacious rooms. Highly recommend checking out the nearby restaurants. they had some really good options. Can't wait to visit again!
One downside was that the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, which made it tough to get ready. A little more brightness would have helped a lot.

Although the front desk staff were friendly, they occasionally seemed distracted. For a quieter experience, request a room away from the lobby. Consider exploring nearby dining options!

The studio suite was spacious and perfectly suited our family's needs during our three-night stay. Cleanliness stood out as a major plus, and the breakfast options were delightful. However, the bathroom lighting was dim, making personal grooming a bit challenging, and some kitchen supplies were missing. A hot tub would have been a nice addition to the amenities for relaxation after busy days. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.
